Kouzou Shuzo Brewery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information on this website and any related websites used for the purchase of or entry into lotteries for the Company’s products (hereinafter collectively referred to as “this Site”).

Article 5 (Change of Purpose of Use)

2.Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following cases are not considered to be the provision of personal information to third parties

 ③When personal information is shared with a specific party, provided that the items, scope of joint users, purpose, and responsible manager are notified or made easily accessible

3.Provision of personal information to third parties will be conducted in writing or by electronic means, and may include informative data as necessary.

Article 7 (Joint Use)
The Company may jointly use personal information within the following scope:

     Usage history on this Site, records of applications for recruitment, lotteries, etc., submitted by this Site users, and applicants’ names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses.

     The same as those stated in Article 3.

Article 8 (Anonymously Processed Information)
1.The Company, may create anonymously processed information by processing customers’ personal information in accordance with the standards set forth in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. The processing includes the following:
 ①Deletion of information that can identify specific individuals
 ②Deletion of individual identification codes
 ③Deletion of codes that link information to each other
 ④Deletion of unique descriptions
 ⑤Other measures based on the characteristics of the personal information database

2.Anonymously processed information created by the Company may include the following customer attributes:
・Gender
・Age (in ranges)
・Address (prefecture and municipality) ・Occupation
3.When providing anonymously processed information to third parties, the purpose, items, and method of provision are as follows
 ①Purpose of provision:
  (ア)For affiliated companies to create statistical information
  (イ)For considering operation of this website and advertisement placement
  (ウ)For purchase, payment, and shipment of the Company’s products
 ②Items included in the anonymously processed information:
  The items listed in Paragraph 2 of this Article
 ③ Method of provision:
  Provided electronically through secure means such as encryption to ensure information security
 ④Measures for secure management of anonymously processed information:
  Same as those described in Article 4

Article 9 (Disclosure, Correction, Deletion of Personal information)
1.Upon a request for disclosure, correction , deletion, suspension, or erasure of personal information (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Correction, etc.”), the Company will promptly investigate and take appropriate action according to procedures. To make such a request, please contact the inquiry desk specified in Article 13.

2.When making a request under Paragraph 1, the Company may require the submission of certain documents designated by the Company. All costs associated with preparing and submitting such documents shall be borne by the requester; the Company will not cover these expenses.

3.Based on the results of the investigation under Paragraph 1, the Company may decline to take all or part of the requested action if any of the following apply. If such a decision is made, the Company will promptly notify the requester:
 ①If there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the user or a third party
 ②If there is a risk of significantly interfering with the proper execution of the Company’s business
 ③If the identity of the requester cannot be verified as the data subject
 ④If the required documents are not submitted by the designated deadline
 ⑤If the request would violate laws or regulations

4.Notwithstanding Paragraphs 1 and 2, if fulfilling the request would require excessive costs or involve other practical difficulties, and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests, the Company will take such alternative measures and notify the user without delay.

5.Disclosure of personal information shall be provided only to the individual concerned. A handling fee of JPY 1,000 (plus applicable consumption tax) will be charged per disclosure request.

6.Notwithstanding the above provisions, the Company generally does not disclose non-personal information such as access history or behavioral data.

Article 10 (Changes to the Privacy Policy) 
1.Unless otherwise required by applicable laws or specifically stated, this Privacy Policy may be changed without prior notice to users.

2.Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect upon being posted on this Site.

Article 11 (Cookies)
1.A "cookie" is a piece of data sent from a web browser. By referencing cookies, the web server can identify the user’s device, allowing for more efficient use of the Company’s website.

2.The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from or in connection with the content provided or posted on this Site.
